Terrible issue solving
Ordered food one and a half hour until restaurant closing time. My order was accepted and waiting time was 50 minutes, but it changed few times until the restaurant closed but no one contacted me about this. After seeing that restaurant is closing I contacted support but they couldn’t tell me if I will still receive my order or not. After 30 minties (2h after I made the order) I was informed that they are sorry and had to cancel the order because when delivery guy reached restaurant it was closed already and thats the reason the had to cancel. Extremely disappointed on Wolt Customer services
I placed an order from Cili and it took over an hour to arrive. The food came cold and inedible. I reached out to customer support, but they refused any compensation, only repeating that the courier “delivered on time.” This is completely unacceptable. The point of paying for delivery is to get hot, fresh food, not a cold, ruined meal. I’m frustrated that Wolt prioritizes internal metrics over actual customer experience. They give few food orders to one courier, you have to wait atleast 30 minutes to get your food delivered after preparation most of the times, during last few orders food came cold. You can not reheat mcdonalds food. Highly not recomend. The delivery drivers have repeatedly tampered with and eaten from our food. This has been an ongoing issue for months. We have contacted both restaurants and Wolt support multiple times, specifically asking for properly sealed packaging to prevent this. Nothing has changed. This is a serious hygiene and food safety problem, and Wolt’s failure to address it shows a complete lack of quality control and accountability.
