Terrible service
They accepted my order and stated it would take 40 min to get here. After 2 hours of ignoring my request for cancel the order because it is taking so long, the finally sent a courier. The courier never showed up and they marked it as delivered. It’s been 4 hours and no one in their customer service has replied to me, not only do they have horrible service but they steal your money on top of that. Be smart and go get the food by yourselves, don’t use trust these thief’s with anything

I have never seen bigger display of incompetence in my life. They do not have delivery drivers available and lie that they do, their customer support makes you wait for literal hours before they reply, and even if they do reply, they try gaslighting you with idiotic emojis and dumb excuses. One time I was actually looking at the driver going away from both me and the restaurant, obviously not delivering my order, and the support guy just ignored me while I tried to explain what I see on the map. These people are beyond incompetent, the drivers, the customer support, basically everyone involved

Old food and poor customer handling
An order arrived completely cold. The issue was that the food arrived in unacceptable condition for consumption. Wolt support kept treating the complaint as a “slight delivery delay”, while completely ignoring the actual problem: if a platform considers 50–60 minute delivery times acceptable for hot food, then the food should still arrive warm and consumable. Instead, I received a partial credit of 40% and repeated scripted responses. I also asked multiple times for a professional tone during the complaint process, yet the support agent continued using emojis and overly casual communication,

Once upon a time
Once upon a time this was a quality app - cheap food, fast delivery - pretty simple, right? Food is always late, sometimes even for one hour almost, they don’t want to cancel orders after is done even if you need to wait for 1 hour, they are just saying we are really sorry we will try to deliver it at as soon as we can. Each time you order something, it’s essentially a gamble of you will receive whatever youve ordered at all. Often the order is unexplicibly cancelled, or missing items, or something spilled. The timer for order arrival estimate is essentially fake and lying to you at all times. The only exception is when the delivery is at the door and the timer states “soon”. Worst possible delivery service app
They brought me the 4 cakes in two cardboard boxes. One box was opened and obviously touched from someone. Cakes inside both of them looked like after centrifugal force in the washing machine. Driver didn’t read instructions to not ring the bell because my kids were sleeping. After all they offered me 4 eur of credit, total amount I paid was about 25 eur. They accepted the fault but for them is normal to compensate max 20% even though they confirmed the issue. I have sent them photos 2 min after delivery.

I placed a large order from BIPA via Wolt, totaling €280. The order specifically included a *gift box and wrapping* which were clearly highlighted as part of the purchase. Unfortunately, these items were *missing* from the delivery. I contacted Wolt support, and their response was underwhelming — they simply said they’ve *“asked the store to be more careful in the future.”* No resolution, no accountability. 1. COURIERS - 99% of them are dumb 3rd world immigrants who don't even know their own language so don't assume they know even a smallest bit of english or few basic words of your native language. Don't even bother trying to understand them because they speak like they have a brain seizure.
