Old food and poor customer handling
An order arrived completely cold. The issue was that the food arrived in unacceptable condition for consumption.
Wolt support kept treating the complaint as a “slight delivery delay”, while completely ignoring the actual problem: if a platform considers 50–60 minute delivery times acceptable for hot food, then the food should still arrive warm and consumable.
Instead, I received a partial credit of 40% and repeated scripted responses. I also asked multiple times for a professional tone during the complaint process, yet the support agent continued using emojis and overly casual communication,
