They brought me the 4 cakes in two cardboard boxes. One box was opened and obviously touched from someone. Cakes inside both of them looked like after centrifugal force in the washing machine. Driver didn’t read instructions to not ring the bell because my kids were sleeping. After all they offered me 4 eur of credit, total amount I paid was about 25 eur. They accepted the fault but for them is normal to compensate max 20% even though they confirmed the issue. I have sent them photos 2 min after delivery.
