Very Disappointing Experience
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I placed an order through Wolt for over ₪160 worth of over-the-counter pharmacy products and medical supplies because I needed them and wanted the convenience of delivery. Ironically, the problems began with this very same order. Instead of receiving my pharmacy order, Wolt mistakenly delivered another customer’s order to our home. Do not use wolt delivery services. I recommend using an alternative such as bolt. I almost always have issues with my deliveries and when I have contacted support they do not help me. One time I did not receive my order and they refused to refund me.

Customer service is terrible now. The only thing they’ll refund is if the order was majorly late. They don’t care if there are major quality issues - I have screenshots as proof. I talked with multiple reps over the span of an hour and they cut the conversation with (to sum it up) “yeah we know this sucks, but that’s too bad. There’s nothing we can do about it except say sorry.” Sorry doesn’t return the time I wasted or fix the quality issues that I can’t fix in any way but contacting their support, which I’d rather not do. If I was in a restaurant with those quality issues, they’d either comp

I’m sure it’s not this bad anywhere else they use this app, the cs is brutal esp with couriers. Low level annoying is things like calling multiple times to advise my order has been left at the door- when I asked for it to be left at door. Major annoyances are things like busted bag dripping soda down the hallway, courier stares at me in blank Turkish asking if I still want the broken bag of food. Idk sometimes it’s comical how bad it is? But ok, Serbian standard.

Horrible App
The courier stole my package and never delivered the food. However, Wolt refused to provide a refund simply because he took a photo of the package before stealing. He was supposed to place the package on the hotel’s reception desk, which he refused, and simply took it. The support team is useless.

Hungry still
First time using the app and Im so disappointed. My food was on its way (according to the app) but then with 4 minutes to go, the app glitched and the food never came. Took Wolt almost an hour to contact me to see if I wanted to order again but at that point I was over the whole process. We had contacted the restaurant directly as well.

Terrible customer service
Sent completely the wrong order, and both the courier and agent I spoke with didn’t seem trained on what to do in this situation. They finally agreed to refund me, which is what I would expect when I got nothing! I was really counting on this food, as it’s a holiday and grocery stores are closed for the next two days. Just so frustrated with the poor way it was handled. I’ve used Uber Eats in the past and they are much better with this kind of problem.

After receiving a wrong item I sent customer service all images needed to prove I received the wrong item. The store refused to refund me and said that they sent the correct item. Long story short the listing of the item was incorrect and so was the image( all sent to Wolt and explained clearly).
