Customer service is terrible now. The only thing they’ll refund is if the order was majorly late. They don’t care if there are major quality issues - I have screenshots as proof. I talked with multiple reps over the span of an hour and they cut the conversation with (to sum it up) “yeah we know this sucks, but that’s too bad. There’s nothing we can do about it except say sorry.” Sorry doesn’t return the time I wasted or fix the quality issues that I can’t fix in any way but contacting their support, which I’d rather not do.
