Plutôt que de chercher à faire porter la responsabilité aux clients, Wolt devrait s’interroger sur les nombreux problèmes de livraison signalés. Lorsqu’une commande est déclarée livrée alors qu’elle ne l’a jamais été, le problème ne vient pas du client mais du service. Améliorer les contrôles et la sécurité des livraisons réduirait certainement le nombre de réclamations.

J’ai commandé un mcdo pour moi et mes fils et la commande était sensé arriver au bout d’une heure Après 1 heure 15 d’attente je décide de contacter le service client voyant que ma commande n’a pas été pris en charge. Je demande à ce qu’on annule ma commande ce qui m’a été refusé. Alors je demande une compensation de 50% du montant total qui s’élevait à environ 350 Nis. Il est important de savoir que à l’heure où la commande est arrivé, soit 1 heure après l’heure prévue, les enfants n’avaient plus fin et étaient tous déjà endormis. Tout va bien jusqu’à ce que vous ayez affaire au support. Je fais toutes mes courses sur Wolt depuis quelques mois (+1000€ dépensés chez eux, cliente Wolt+) et j’ai malheureusement plusieurs fois été déçue par le service client. J’ai reçu de la viande avariée 2 fois et le service client n’a pas voulu me croire, ni me rembourser. Aussi, j’ai eu des produits remplacés par des références de moins bonnes qualités et plus chères, sans me prévenir ni me rembourser la différence. Lors de ma réclamation au support ils n’ont rien voulu entendre, malgré les preuves photos et screenshots de l’app. Sa

1 étoile – Service catastrophique J’ai vécu l’une des pires expériences de livraison. J’ai passé une commande et j’ai attendu plus d’une heure dans le froid (de 19h20 à 20h30) sans aucune information fiable. La plateforme ne savait pas où était ma commande, le restaurant ne répondait pas, et au final on m’a annoncé qu’il n’y avait aucun livreur disponible depuis le début… après plus d’une heure d’attente ! Aucune transparence, aucun suivi, aucune solution. J’ai dû moi-même changer d’application, et ma commande Uber Eats est arrivée en 8 minutes. La différence de professionnalisme est énorme.

Empty Burger, Arrogant Customer Service
I ordered a “burger” via Wolt and received… an empty bun. No ketchup, no mayo, no sauces. No tomato, no onion, no salad. Just a small box of eggplants with some hot sauce on the side. Wolt’s customer service claims this is “normal” and counts as a proper burger. For them, an empty bun plus a box of eggplants is acceptable. Tourists, beware: they talk down to you, assuming you’re only here temporarily and won’t come back anyway. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible
This app sucks. They recently changed their services and now coursier must pick-up several orders on their way to deliver yours. Since then, my orders are always delivered +30 mins late, the food is cold, and their CS does not provide any details except that saying « pls let me know when you receive your order ». Scam, no other word. They refunded me 5€ out of my last 30€ order considering they did not find any issue justifying a full refund while the coursier had to wait over 30 minutes at another venue on the way to pick up another order. Scammers.

I was a Wolt+ subscriber and had placed many orders over time. However, when I requested a refund for a small incorrect item (a croissant), they refused. This reflects poor customer service and disregard for customer loyalty. I’ve since cancelled my subscription and deleted the app. It’s clear they don’t value their customers.

J’ai commandé dans un fast food à 15 min de chez moi. Il était annoncé 25 minutes. Au final j’ai été livré plus d’1h après car le livreur livrait plusieurs client avant moi.
