This app sucks. They recently changed their services and now coursier must pick-up several orders on their way to deliver yours. Since then, my orders are always delivered +30 mins late, the food is cold, and their CS does not provide any details except that saying « pls let me know when you receive your order ». Scam, no other word. They refunded me 5€ out of my last 30€ order considering they did not find any issue justifying a full refund while the coursier had to wait over 30 minutes at another venue on the way to pick up another order. Scammers.
