Курьер, который должен доставить заказ в квартиру, позвонил и просил спуститься к байку, что уже возмутило меня, я оплатила доставку до квартиры. Когда я вышла, то он показал мне содержимое своей сумки-переноски с соим заказом и я увидела, что весь пакет облит супом. Я сказала ему, что он должен взять свою курьерскую сумку-переноску и донести заказ мне в квартиру, так как пакет мокрый, на что он сказал, что отстегивать сумку он не будет, так как это занимает время. Курьер халатно выполнил свою работу и переложил ответственность на клиента. Он взял салафановый пакет и сунул испорченный заказа и

Групповой заказ не приехал
Все блюда из основного заказа приехали, а те, что были заказаны как групповой заказ - не приехали. Оплату за них тоже не брали насколько я понял. В нашем приложении было сообщение «расслабьтесь и ждите», в итоге мы ждали и остались голодными. Заказать снова уже поздно. Это явно баг где-то в системе или приложении. Я писал в службу поддержки, давал номер и ID заказа, но оказывается жаловаться должен тот, кто делал основной заказ. А у него всё хорошо, он свой получил. Выходит тупик. Решить через поддержку не получилось, потратил время и остался голодный

I ordered a specific MAC liquid lipstick via Wolt in Serbia, but during packing, the store manually replaced it with a different lipstick — wrong shade and formula. It wasn’t a mistake, it was an intentional substitution (I saw it in the app while the order was still being prepared). I immediately contacted support to cancel, but no one answered. Курьеры не понимают суть доставки, постоянно списывают доп.деньги за доставку(хотя я оформил типа бесплатную доставку), вечно все холодное. Но альтернатив в Тбилиси нет. Глово тоже плохо справляется. Беда в Тбилиси с доставкой.

Я заметил, что последнее время сербские доставщики стали очень умными. Они делают вид, что у них нет сдачи. А когда пишешь в поддержку, то поддержка обещает отправить сдачу Wolt бонусами, но не отправляет. Это еще что за новый способ кинуть??
