I ordered a specific MAC liquid lipstick via Wolt in Serbia, but during packing, the store manually replaced it with a different lipstick — wrong shade and formula. It wasn’t a mistake, it was an intentional substitution (I saw it in the app while the order was still being prepared). I immediately contacted support to cancel, but no one answered. The app doesn’t allow order cancellation or substitution rejection. Finally, the order was arrived, I opened the lipstick just to check if it matched — it didn’t. They refused to accept the return because it was opened. No refund, no apology, no compe
