I give it 1 but should be able to give it 0. I ordered, i paid a tip to the dude, i paid for fast delivery, and he never showed up. If you’re wondering, yes, i did give clear instructions on where and how to deliver the food as the app requires. They never ever rang the bell nor tried to contact me in any way. I really hope they will pay my money back because this is completely unacceptable.

I redeemed a 20€ gift card and they permanently banned me. Then when asking for the money back they said they don't refund. After a month or so, tried ordering again and it worked, so I was not permanently banned. When asking for the money again they say that the gift card has been used. Use Bolt Food. It's better

BEWARE: I ordered from this app to be delivered to my hotel. I paid with a card in the app. The food never arrived. I for a message from the app that the courier tried to deliver but supposedly wasn’t let in to leave the food at reception. I talked to reception and the said that it was not true. They sent me a photo of the food left on the floor behind a car. When I went there’d there was no food left. I asked for a reimbursement and they didn’t respond back. If you order with this app, only do it with cash so they have to find you.

Order if you don’t mind to wait one hour extra or more for your food. Then you will contact them and will always say is not their fault. Doesn’t matter if you schedule it for a specific time. The worst service ever! I only used it because they have my favorite restaurant but I am done. Three times I had to wait more than an hour for the food, I am done with them forever. If you don’t mind overcooked/cold food that has been packed for hours then you can use them.

Hice un pedido de 80$ y tardo casi una hora mas de lo estimado en llegar . Me queje y les dije que me devolvieran el dinero que de haber sabido que ivana a tardar tanto nunca lo hubiese pedido . Su respuesta muy cordialmente fundevolverme un credito para usar en la app de 12 $ … totalmente inaceptable. Es una verguenza , no cumplen con sus responsabilidades y con el tiempo que te prometen en la app y encima no te compensan . Te dan un 10% en creditos para tu proximo pedido … para que te quedes callado . Tenbis su competencia por lo menos responde mucho mejor a incidentes asi .
