Everything wrong with Wolt
Wolt is a company that is disrespecting their own employees and their customers. Employees are payed small amount of money for their work, they give out bonuses for working only in hard conditions like rain or if there are larger amount of orders, which makes a lot of curriers come to work disproportionately which means that they get payed even less per hour. Here the curriers are now only immigrants (mostly from India), who do not speak the language and can barely speak English. They are also being taking advantage of. On the other side, if a customer has an issue with the order, it is obviou

Worst company possible
This is by far one of the worst companies imaginable, they completely get your orders wrong on multiple occasions, after they either deliver the wrong order or simply not deliver your order at all they then refuse to give u back the money. Their support is some of the worst i have ever seen. I wish this company only the worst since that is the only thing they offer on their menu.

Really bad experience. The food arrived completely cold because the courier was driving around with my order for almost 30 minutes while delivering other orders. By the time it arrived, the food was already cold. Customer support was even worse. Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, they basically said that if the food is still “OK in their window”, then everything is fine. That makes no sense — what matters is the condition of the food when it reaches the customer. It honestly feels like they don’t care about customers at all, as long as the order is paid for.

New scheduled delivery time
With the new update the scheduled order window jumped to a ridiculous one hour window instead of previous +/-10 minutes. I understand it’s difficult to predict, but at least half an hour would be more reasonable. It’s very difficult to plan with the delivery arriving anywhere in one hour window.

Late all the time
Wolt deliveries are consistently late. Almost every time I order, the estimated delivery time keeps getting pushed back with little to no explanation. It’s frustrating to plan around a delivery window only to have it change multiple times. Reliability should be a priority for a delivery service, but with Wolt, delays seem to be the norm rather than the exception.

Ordering food is unreliable. Food most of the times comes cold. Last time order did not ho trough altho it charged my bank. Altho I requasted to return funds after I went to get my food with my own car I got wolt credits instead of returning money to my bank account! Terrible service most of the times! Do not recomend!

Only getting worse each update
Used to have strictly max 45min deliveries now we usually wait 90min. Used to get Wolt tokens or cash back for late deliveries where the food is cold as ice, now you just get a sorry. Store and restaurant prices used to be good now they’re heavily inflated. Wolt premium used to mean true free delivery, now there’s service fees, weight based fees etc to charge people who already pay for premium anyways. Entire app basically went downhill within the first year and continues going downhill. Can’t name 1 thing that stayed as good as it was or got improved, wait time, prices, premium, everything ha

Wolt is a Scam
I’ve stopped using Wolt because I feel the service is misleading. If you receive the wrong order or food that’s inedible, they only offer a €2 refund, which doesn’t truly help the customer. On top of that, the listed menu prices are often much higher, and they charge both a service fee and an additional delivery fee. This feels dishonest. What’s even more frustrating is that some restaurants have stopped offering their own delivery because of their partnership with Wolt, which seems like part of Wolt’s long-term strategy to control the delivery market.
