I’ve stopped using Wolt because I feel the service is misleading. If you receive the wrong order or food that’s inedible, they only offer a €2 refund, which doesn’t truly help the customer. On top of that, the listed menu prices are often much higher, and they charge both a service fee and an additional delivery fee. This feels dishonest. What’s even more frustrating is that some restaurants have stopped offering their own delivery because of their partnership with Wolt, which seems like part of Wolt’s long-term strategy to control the delivery market.
