Really bad experience. The food arrived completely cold because the courier was driving around with my order for almost 30 minutes while delivering other orders. By the time it arrived, the food was already cold. Customer support was even worse. Instead of offering a solution or taking responsibility, they basically said that if the food is still “OK in their window”, then everything is fine. That makes no sense — what matters is the condition of the food when it reaches the customer. It honestly feels like they don’t care about customers at all, as long as the order is paid for.
