Tilausten toimitusaika venyy jatkuvasti, kuskit ovat lähes aina myöhässä, viimeksi tilauksen juomat olivat vuotaneet ja koko rappukäytävä oli vuotaneen juoman tahrima. Samoin meiltä meni eteisen matto pilalle kun vuotava juomapakkaus hajosi nostaessa. En tajunnut kuvata tapahtumaa ja koska minulla ei ollut esittää valokuvaa vahingoista, Woltin asiakaspalvelu hyvitti 2e krediittejä. Se ei kattanut edes juoman hintaa.

Wolt-kokemus on viimeisen 2 vuoden aikana laskenut valtavasti. Samaan aikaan kun hinnat nousevat, niin annokset pienenevät, toimitusongelmat lisääntyvät, asiakaspalvelu ulkoistetaan Intiaan ja täysin selkeästä virheellisestä toimituksestakaan ei saa välttämättä hyvitystä. Voin rehellisesti sanoa, että viimeisestä 10 tilauksesta ehkä 4 on mennyt ongelmitta. Muutoin puuttuvia tuotteita, pitkittyneitä toimituksia ja kylmää ruokaa, vääriä tuotteita, asiakaspalvelun kanssa painimista..
