Don’t pay for Wolt+, ever
You make an order from a supermarket. What you ordered was sold out. They only warn you after a long time and don’t give you any notification warning with the choice to cancel the order. So you make an order, don’t get everything you ordered and can’t do anything about it. And support? They only tell you “can’t do anything about it” with some ironic-looking emojis

Ta aplikacja jest bardzo słaba. Ostatnie cztery razy, kiedy zamawiałem, jedzenie przychodziło spóźnione i zimne. W tym ostatnim zamówieniu, które właśnie złożyłem, jedzenie przyjdzie ponad 20 minut za późno. Nie polecam nikomu z niej korzystać. A obsługa klienta jest bardzo kiepska.

Orders are delayed, your food arrives cold and they don't care. There have been times when they marked it as delivered and you received nothing, and support never solves your problem, they just send pre-written messages. I don't recommend it, stay away from this app, they don't solve any problems.

Entregador finalizou meu pedido e não recebi. Ele alegou que o endereço estava errado (detalhe que eu via no GPS que ele estava na rua do hotel, mas ele não entregou). Abri um suporte e a atendente só repetiu que o endereço estava errado. Confirmei com o próprio hotel (além da localização no GPS bater) e o endereço estava correto. Enfim… levei um calote de 2 sanduíches 🤷🏻‍♂️

I tried to create an account, but the validation message never got to my number. I tried to sign in through Facebook, even if I don’t like to connect apps with this social media, and also couldn’t register because it said that the email and the number were already being used.
