I’m sure it’s not this bad anywhere else they use this app, the cs is brutal esp with couriers. Low level annoying is things like calling multiple times to advise my order has been left at the door- when I asked for it to be left at door. Major annoyances are things like busted bag dripping soda down the hallway, courier stares at me in blank Turkish asking if I still want the broken bag of food. Idk sometimes it’s comical how bad it is? But ok, Serbian standard.
