After receiving a wrong item I sent customer service all images needed to prove I received the wrong item. The store refused to refund me and said that they sent the correct item. Long story short the listing of the item was incorrect and so was the image( all sent to Wolt and explained clearly). At this point I was a customer for nearly a year and had over 200 orders completed on my account but Wolt wouldn’t refund me because the store I ordered from said they sent the right item(they didn’t).
