I have never seen bigger display of incompetence in my life. They do not have delivery drivers available and lie that they do, their customer support makes you wait for literal hours before they reply, and even if they do reply, they try gaslighting you with idiotic emojis and dumb excuses. One time I was actually looking at the driver going away from both me and the restaurant, obviously not delivering my order, and the support guy just ignored me while I tried to explain what I see on the map. These people are beyond incompetent, the drivers, the customer support, basically everyone involved
