I ordered for 491czk. Was home all time. Courier did not ringed doorbell and did not called me. Now he has my groceries and the order is marked as delivered. The support blames it on me even if I am the customer and there was no try at all to deliver. I only received 191czk back so WOLT SCAMMED me for 300czk. I would be ashamed as company to treat a customer like this.
