I’ve been a regular customer and have made over 100 orders through this app, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Due to what seems like a system issue or unclear order flow, I accidentally ended up with two nearly identical Wolt Market orders. I tried to cancel the first one, but it still went through. As a result, I received duplicate items I never intended to order. I explained the situation clearly to support, including the fact that I have a sick child at home and cannot physically return the items.
