Elounamel

I placed an order and then tried to cancel it because i decided i didnt need to spend the money tonight and when i looked up how to cancel they sent me to chat with customer service and never answered my message. If i would like to cancel i shouldnt have to talk with support in the first place they should have a feture for that and it was 2 minutes after i placed the order in a very busy restaurant so the order wasnt being prepared already for me not to be able to cancel. Infuriating behavior!!!
