The app itself is really good and easy to use. The service, however is terrible. I made an order on Friday. The order kept getting delayed and delayed, the delivery guy arrived without a proper delivery bag (he used his own backpack), and the food was cold. I got in touch with the customer service, but instead of solving my issue or telling me they couldn’t help, they went on to stall an answer. On Sunday, they closed the chat unsolved.
