My order arrived with a spilled drink. The bag and food were soaked, and the food had to be thrown away. I sent photos showing the issue. Support mainly relied on the courier’s explanation and said there was a discrepancy between my report and the courier’s version. This made it feel like the customer is automatically treated as dishonest, even when clear evidence is provided. The ruined food was not compensated. There was also no proper option to get a second opinion or have the case reviewed. This is the risk when ordering from this service. If something goes wrong, you may be left alone
