Customer service usually is their only highlight, otherwise they have a lot of hidden fees and they top up food prices compared to actual restaurant prices. Latest gem was that their courier drove to the other side of the city considering the restaurant was 6mins away from me by car and it took the support 1,5 hours after food was ready to notify me that I will not be getting my food as their courier had vehicle issues.
