Curriers never arrive on time. Often 30-60 min late
The delivery algorithm was designed by someone incompetent so now curries frequently drive away from customers and go on long trips around the city while you wait 70-90 minutes instead of promised 30. They are trying to save money but also doing it badly by having a wonky delivery algorithm
