I purchased the subscription expecting free delivery from restaurants, but due to a technical issue on the company’s side, the delivery area was reduced and I could not properly use the service as intended. Customer support confirmed the problem, but refused to provide a refund or proper compensation. Honestly, it is better to use other services such as Bolt Food instead. 1 star.
