customer support doesn’t help at all, they say that the delivery time is 40-50 minutes, 2 hours later the food hasn’t arrived. Tried to cancel it, but he said that the delivery guy was at the supermarket waiting to pick up the order, it indeed showed that the car was at the supermarket, but it showed that 3 or 4 times before. My previous order they replaced groceries with cheaper ones(good quality ones, I didn’t mind) but the difference between what I paid on the app and the supermarket recipe was significant and it did not come back to me so I don’t know who kept the money
