The order was supposed to arrive half an hour ago. When I contacted customer service, the representative first gave me false information, claiming the restaurant had its own delivery. After I confronted her, she admitted it was a mistake and said a Wolt courier would be sent to pick up the order. Another 30 minutes passed with no update. When I called the restaurant myself, they said no one had come to pick up the order. Overall, the customer service was misleading, slow, and completely unhelpful, and the issue was never properly resolved. I asked for my money back. Wolt is no longer on my lis
