I had a very disappointing experience with Wolt. I placed an order in Austria, and I waited outside after the delivery deadline for more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the pizza arrived uncut. As compensation, Wolt provided me with a €12 credit for my next order. After returning to Romania, I tried to use this credit, but it could not be applied at checkout. When I contacted customer support(Daria S.), I was informed that the credit can only be used in Austria. This limitation was never mentioned when the compensation was issued. I find this to be a lack of transparency and very frustrating
