Half of the times I am trying to use the app, I get bugs like “check your internet connection” or “an unexpected error occurred, try again later”. Mind you, my internet connection is stable, other apps work perfectly fine. I tried everything, installing again, switching from wireless to mobile data and vice versa. The app is updated. Useless. Customer support is sure that the issue is my internet connection, while I am using the same internet to have an uninterrupted chat with them.
