It is completely unacceptable to wait three and a half hours for a supermarket order with only 9 items. This level of service is extremely disappointing. The couriers seem to pick up multiple orders at once, and even if you were among the first to place an order, you end up waiting for many other orders to be prepared and delivered before yours. By the time your order finally arrives, hours have already passed. I do not recommend using Wolt for grocery orders. Save yourself the frustration and choose another app for your shopping needs.
