The worst experience with a delivery app in my existence. After ordering groceries from a supermarket, they informed me via a notification in the app AFTER the courier picked up the order. I told them I am not accepting the order to which they replied “If you choose to refuse the order we cannot reimburse the full amount since you contacted us after the delivery was picked up by the courier.” THIS IS INSANE. Like how was I supposed to know that my items were missing BEFORE the courier picked up the delivery if I was notified after he picked up the delivery. Reaching out to consumer protection
