No support at all for regular customers
The app asked me to verify my credit card. But when I try to order it keeps asking for my CVV. I type it in but it doesn’t work. The payment is cancelled and when I try again, it keeps asking for my CVV. After this happened a couple of times, my account got flagged? I can’t make any food orders. I try to look for support everywhere but I get no reply. I tried WhatsApp and X (twitter). In the app I can only find other support that isn’t related to this problem. I added the feedback. Bugs and no delivery
Ordered through this app. Had some messages through the app from the store, but was unable to open them because there was no such possibility in the app. Customer support said there was no messages, closes tickets immediately. After 2h I still couldn’t cancel my order, as it was “already in progress”. After 2h order was marked as delivered, while delivery never happened. When pressing “order was never delivered” - all it suggests is to call the store, no contacts through the app.

Frustrating Experience in Fortaleza, Brazil
We had a terrible experience using Rappi in Fortaleza. We ordered from Brocado Pizza, but the restaurant apparently doesn’t even work with Rappi — we found this out only after waiting nearly two hours and calling them ourselves. Rappi sent four different drivers with no resolution, and there was no real customer service to help us. Everything felt fully automated, with no way to actually explain the problem. Very disappointing and unreliable.

If it works, it’s a helpful app. But they make unnecessary adjustments in the app and then it doesn’t work anymore. Mostly it’s fixed in a few days but this is very annoying. Especially because the adjustments are not bug fixes but stupid marketing things like how to chose a rappirero tip. Also it’s extremely hard to get to speak to a person instead of a bot. And if the Rappi app makes a mistake, like not schedule your delivery first while you paid extra for that, you cannot get your extra pay back. If restaurants make a mistake, they return your money. But if Rappi makes a mistake, it cannot

Tourists beware
If you’re visiting Mexico and want to order food, do not use Rappi! Food never arrived, paid €25 for thin air. Yes we are well aware that there are a multitude of options in Oaxaca but we were not feeling well and had to eat something. Unfortunately it does not work. Save your money for something else!

Cancels first two orders for no reason, support chat bot says it’s because I changed the order (I did not) and suggests my account is blocked; next attempted order with credit card fails too, redirects me to the support, but the support chat bot is completely unable to help whatsoever here too - it’s a useless time wasting maze of bad design (and bugs) everywhere. The entire app is. Stay far far away!

Completely Broken Service
This product is broken on so many levels I don’t even know where to start. I registered with Rappi in São Paulo to shop groceries. The payment system doesn’t work. Several UX flaws when I tried to find a solution/understand what’s wrong. Customer service is fully automated (and dumb). No chance to talk to a human. It basically send users to dead ends. And it’s way more expensive than Uber Eats. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

If I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do it. Last year they canceled two orders and instead of returning the money to my account, they returned it to me in the form of credits. Despite having complained at the time, I did not receive any response. La peor app para envíos a domicilio. Si quieres ahorrarte un disgusto mejor usa Uber Eats o corner shop. Rappi tiene problemas con su mapa y ubicación. Se terminan robando tu pedido y si logras que te reembolsen es en forma de créditos que sólo pueden usarse bajo reglas con letras muy pequeñas. La app está llena de fallas. Las secciones no abren completamente. No hay mensajes de errores en absoluto. Imposible de utilizar. No vuelvo a usar este servicio jamás!
