If it works, it’s a helpful app. But they make unnecessary adjustments in the app and then it doesn’t work anymore. Mostly it’s fixed in a few days but this is very annoying. Especially because the adjustments are not bug fixes but stupid marketing things like how to chose a rappirero tip. Also it’s extremely hard to get to speak to a person instead of a bot. And if the Rappi app makes a mistake, like not schedule your delivery first while you paid extra for that, you cannot get your extra pay back. If restaurants make a mistake, they return your money. But if Rappi makes a mistake, it cannot
