Esta aplicación es un desastre. Hiciste un orden y estoy esperando dese 2 horas. Como no tengo número no puedo llamar a nadie y no hay ninguna función como cancelar mi pedido. Quando intento de cancelarla por el centro de ayuda no me deja aunque Dominos ya está cerrado y no veo como me van a entregar la comida. 0 estrellas si podría!

Es increíble y francamente ridículo que Rappi no sea compatible con los sistemas de seguridad de Revolut, N26 ni con bancos europeos “tradicionales”. Estamos hablando de estándares básicos de seguridad (3D Secure, validaciones antifraude normales en Europa), no de nada exótico. Lo más absurdo es que el problema ocurra con una compra de 50.000 COP, una cantidad mínima. Que una plataforma del tamaño de Rappi no pueda procesar correctamente un pago tan bajo sin rechazar tarjetas internacionales por “seguridad” es vergonzoso. Me dejaron esperar desde las 21:30 hasta las 23:30. Cada media hora diciendo ya en 15 o en 12 minutos llega. Y cada vez se demoró más. Y al fin tenía que cancelar la orden y era muy tarde para algo nuevo. Y el suporte tiene el pero servicio del mundo. Recomiendo usar otra App or domicilio directamente con la tienda.

Tuve una pésima experiencia. La repartidora Andreina Nadsaret Durán tomó muchas fotos, lo cual me pareció exagerado y nunca entregó los libros. No me devolvieron el dinero y me robaron ya que no me devolvieron el dinero ni mi cuñado recibió su regalo. Además me dijeron que me iban a devolver el dinero, tengo las imágenes del chat, por lo que me quedé tranquila pero luego de un mes al no recibir el dinero ni ninguna comunicación comencé a preguntar y me dijeron que no me habían revisado mi caso y que no me iban a reembolsar luego que me habían dicho que si. Ich wurde ausgeloggt und es gibt keine Möglichkeit mich wieder einzuloggen. Aus dem nichts einfach nachdem ich bestellt habe. Das Geld für die Bestellung wurde natürlich abgebucht. Man erreicht weder einen Kundenservice geschweige denn gibt es eine Nummer bei der man Anrufen kann. Absolute Frechheit gegen die man juristisch Vorgehen sollte, da man hier von Absicht ausgehen kann, da einem keine Möglichkeit gegeben wird sich wieder einzuloggen. Mir werden zwar Codes geschickt trotzdem erscheint jedes Mal eine Fehlermeldung. Absolute Frechheit !!!

Pedir por esta app y pagar por mercado pago = a robo. No repare en ver si pagando en cash el ladrón del repartidor me entregaba el pedido. Lamentablemente fui tan confiado que pagué el pedido previamente con mercado pago y el repartidor se ha hecho un festín y la empresa se ha quedado mi dinero. No bajen esta app o serán estafados.

Switching to Didi Food, Tired of the Lies
Used to be loyal, but I’m done. Rappi keeps pretending drivers get 100% of tips, but everyone knows that’s not true. Nowadays their UI even tries to force you to pay a tip. It used to be that you could pick a tip, then it was that a tip was predetermined and you had to pick No Tip. And now they have a 7% tip preset and if you don’t want to pay a tip you have to pick Another Amount, type in 0 and confirm. I’m not okay supporting a system that treats couriers unfairly while lying to users in the app. Switching to Didi Food where tips are transparent. You lost my trust, not just my subscription
