Repartidor modificó el pedido y soporte de la app no deja reclamar.
Al realizar el pedido, el repartidor cambia los productos por su cuenta sin avisar por el chat y sin registrar la modificación de ninguna manera en la aplicación. Al comunicarme con el soporte de Rappi por este motivo, cierran el caso instantáneamente con una respuesta automática de un bot y bloquean la posibilidad de enviar un nuevo reclamo sobre el problema. De esta forma, dejan el asunto sin resolver e ignoran completamente al cliente en todas las redes sociales.

Llevamos 4 meses que no estamos en Colombia y a tres personas nos siguen haciendo cobros esporádicos desde Rappi. No me ha ocurrido antes con ninguna otra aplicación. Recomiendo que investiguen este problema.

No recomiendo nada porque te estafan o sea yo ya pagué por Yape y me sale que mi pedido todavía está yendo al restaurante y voy como cuatro horas esperando mi pedido encima te piden que pagues primero mi reseña no es de una estrella es de cero estrellas. Soy de España y descargué esta app para servicio de comida a domicilio y la verdad que mala decisión. No dan soluciones me robaron a mi en Cartagena sus domiciliarios y nunca se hicieron responsables no paguen con sus tarjetas porque el domiciliario coloca en la app que se entregó el pedido cuando no es así y pierdes el dinero, no la recomiendo para nada busque otra alternativa

Te ROBAN la plata y no te tienen en cuenta PARA NADA. Ni siquiera si pagas membresía rappi prime obtienes un servicio mínimamente decente al cliente. Son unos LADRONES que NO TOMAN RESPONSABILIDAD POR NADA. Servicio MEDIOCRE que le cobra a los negocios el 30% de sus ganancias sin ni siquiera pagarle a sus trabajadores de una manera decente. QUE LASTIMA que en Colombia solo hay dos servicios para app de domicilios: una PESIMA (rappi) y una PEOR (didi foods). Tienen un excelente monopolio porque no tienen competencia alguna ojala se QUIEBREN pronto y dejen de robarle tanta plata a la gente.

Pésima experiencia con Rappi. El repartidor pidió el código por chat, yo no lo vi y nunca se lo entregué en persona. Aun así, dejó unas fotos del pedido en un “lugar seguro” y lo marcó como entregado. ¡Eso es un fraude! El código existe para evitar precisamente este tipo de abusos. Nunca recibí el pedido, pero la app lo da como “entregado”. El soporte de Rappi es automático, no escucha y encubre al repartidor. No ofrecen solución ni reembolso. Empresa irresponsable que no protege al cliente. FRAUDE total
