Удобное приложение за исключением мелких деталей, нельзя добавлять комментарии к заказу, нельзя добавлять и исключать ингредиенты в акциях, особенно исключать, тк я не хочу майонез, а они его кладут :) так же не удобно просматривать историю заказов, а в остальном очень удобно

Hice el pedido especialmente para comprar un producto específico, y me pareció genial que estuviera en promoción: en lugar de $260, el precio por 2 productos era $150. Pedí un sabor específico que necesitaba, pero al final cambiaron el sabor del producto sin preguntarme, y en lugar de dos productos, sólo llegó uno. Ese sabor no me gusta para nada. Además, debieron haberme avisado antes de hacer cualquier cambio. Cómo se puede confiar así? Solo me reembolsaron $117, y no todo el monto, sin contar que también cobran por empaque y propina para el repartidor. Totalmente decepcionada!

El 22 de noviembre pedí algo. Tuve unos 15 pesos de reembolso debido a que una mercancía fue eliminada en el proceso del pedido. Hoy es el 13 de enero, todavía no me han enviado mi dinero. Siguen pidiendo algunos documentos del banco, siguen asegurándome que ya van a llegar. Pero no. Son 15 pesos, me da mucha vergüenza por esta empresa. No pueden devolver los 15 pesos? I ordered products for more than $400 overall. They delivered me only 2 bottles of water, eggs, coffee and mango and charged. When I tried to contact for help, they asked me with what products there was an issue. In the list of these products there were only those eggs, coffee, water and mangos. I tapped on the most expensive from this list, and the answer was that I will get a refund of 35 pesos. Which is almost 10 times less than I had to receive. After that I totally was unable to contact them - only virtual assistant answered me. It is the most stupid app I ever seen!
