I ordered products for more than $400 overall. They delivered me only 2 bottles of water, eggs, coffee and mango and charged. When I tried to contact for help, they asked me with what products there was an issue. In the list of these products there were only those eggs, coffee, water and mangos. I tapped on the most expensive from this list, and the answer was that I will get a refund of 35 pesos. Which is almost 10 times less than I had to receive. After that I totally was unable to contact them - only virtual assistant answered me. It is the most stupid app I ever seen!
