Fuga de dados !!! Coloquei o meu e-mail na vossa app e em menos de 5 minutos comecei a receber e-mails de vários sítios desde igrejas, partidos políticos, lojas de fraldas para idosos, lojas de sex shop, etc ! Um dos e-mails tinha um pedido de pagamento com a matrícula do meu carro. Outro com uma morada muito antiga onde já vivi. Foi tudo muito estranho. Isto aconteceu no Rio de Janeiro no dia 27 abril por volta das 15h, local time !

Esta app está obsoleta en la actualidad, el inventario de lo que Sta disponible siempre está desactualizado, nunca consigues hacer un pedido completo, pues los domiciliarios siempre tienen que estar cambiando las cosas por otras o peor no llevan el pedido completo, es súper desgastante hacer un pedido en esta app, NO FUNCIONA SIMPLEMENTE.

Esta aplicación se encarga de hacerte perder el máximo de tiempo posible, lo que pondrá nunca lo hay, y para colmo los trabajadores se dan el lujo de cambiarlo por lo que ellos quieren o te llevan el domicilio incompleto haciendo que pidas otro domicilio y pagar nuevamente para pedir lo que falto, es una completa falta de respeto esta aplicación, no tienen para nada una buena logista o organizacion, pedir en esta app es perder tiempo y dinero cuando se supone que es para ahorrar tiempo y dinero

Could be the title of the movie where the areas are listed in which Rappi is god awful at. It took me 1 week to speak to a human after my order was not delivered. Once a human spoke to me, the only thing they were able to tell me was that, since 5 days had passed, no returns were possible. Will never spend another cent here

Fiz um pedido. Ao fim de 4 horas sem receber a comida, finalmente deu para pedir o dinheiro de volta. Aí, fiz pedido de outra loja. O entregador me mandou mensagem quando chegou na loja que não havia os produtos que eu queria. A loja não conseguia falar comigo nem com assistência da Rappi. Com isso queria cancelar o pedido, mas não dava essa hipótese, dizia que tinha que pagar na mesma mesmo não tendo o que pedi, e mesmo assim também não deixava cancelar. Esse sistema se suporte automático por IA não está funcionando de todo, não dá opções boas de resolução, nem nunca permite pedir para falar

o aplicativo não permite a comunicação direta com as empresas/restaurantes. O meu pedido veio incompleto e o entregador deixou na portaria do prédio. como nao teve código de confirmação no momento da entrega, o entregador simplesmente foi embora e eu fiquei sem parte do meu pedido. Depois, na própria app é impossível reclamar ou tentar pedir ajuda com o problema. Fui simplesmente roubada, paguei por uma bebida que nem tomei.

Experimentei esse aplicativo hoje. Ao abrir o saco com a comida (dentro do hotel) vi que a bebida não estava dentro do saco (que estava inviolado e tinha o ticket a indiciar que a bebida estaria dentro). Não parece ser culpa do motoboy. Reclamei ao serviço ao cliente, dizem que não podem fazer nada. Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento ao cliente (ainda por cima um cliente novo). Está tudo dito sobre o aplicativo…fique longe para não ser roubado (não é fiável e a culpa é do utilizador que não abriu o saco com a comida quente no meio da rua)

O aplicativo era bom, mas essa atualização que deixa selecionado a gorjeta “opcional” como padrão de 3R$ ficou muito ruim e induz o usuário ao erro. A cada pedido é necessário retirar a gorjeta. Deveria ser o oposto, quem queira dar gorjeta que selecione um valor. Se o padrão for diferente de 0, acabam se aproveitando da distração do usuário. Depois dessa mudança estou usando cada vez menos
