Ordered a bottle of wine and they charged the full amount without refund even though I’ve never received the item because the rider couldn’t deliver it. Also, there’s no customer support, so I couldn’t even ask for assistance. The worst service ever, they steal your money UPDATE: Rappi responded to this review sending me the link for asking assistance, and guess what? Not even the link to customer support that they shared works… this must be a joke….. never seen a company with such a lack of customer assistance. El día 2 de noviembre hice un pedido de unos Pañales para adulto 33.000 el Rappi decía que llegaba en 1 hora no me acuerdo bien el caso es Que llegó muchisimo antes de de la hora que decía Yo no había llegado a casa me confié en la Hora que me dijeron el Rappi se fue no me dejo los pañales pero me generó una deuda la cual la Se descontaron pero los pañales nunca me los Trajeron …… quiero mis añales o el dinero ok gracias

Soy europeo y viajo por Sudamérica. Quería que me enviaran algunas cosas a mi hotel en Lima y encontré a Rappi. El servicio es excelente. Muchas gracias. Estoy acostumbrado a otros servicios como Globo, Deliveroo y UberEats en Europa, ¡pero Rappi es mejor! Muy fácil de usar, muy rápido, muy buena comunicación, la aplicación funciona bien, pago sin problemas, muy buen servicio, gran idea fotografiar el recibo como prueba.
