Genial aplicación pero tiene sus fallas. Y otra cosa, si tiene rappi prime, pero al momento de llegar tu rappi a la tienda y algunos productos no hay, eliminan los productos y te taca pagar por el envío (7.000 pesos) si el total es menos de los 15.000. Algo que no me parece.

El 3 de marzo de 2020 fue el cumpleaño de mi hijo, descargue la app de Rappi e hice una compra de Mac Donalds por 100 mil, descontaron el valor de mi tarjeta pero la compra no se hizo ni recibi informacion de por q debitaron de mi cuenta pero sin confirmacion de pedido. No tenian nr tel para llamarlos, mande mensajes atraves de la app pero no recibi respuesta. Una semana despues fui a la oficina de la 51B con 82 Barranquilla pero me dijeron q ahi no me podian solicionar nada. Hasta el dia de hoy no me han contactado, no me han devuelto el dinero, tampoco se por que se perdio el dinero. Me roba

Hace un mes que pido que dejen de enviarme SPAM, me confirman que no recibiré más pero siguen. Hace rato que no uso la app, solicité cancelación de mi cuenta y el SPAM persiste. Denuncias al SERNAC no ayudan ya que Rappi miente diciendo que no me tienen en su sistema, pero sigo recibiendo su SPAM constantemente.

Automatically set a tip for $1000
I’m giving this app a 1-star rating primarily for the shady default setting of a $1000 tip to the delivery driver. Not as good as UberEats, and not as professional - it’s not a good business practice trying to fool your customers to pay a $1000 tip. Mixture of different languages in the app too, Spanish, English, Portuguese... messy messy. Difficult payment setup, too. Check the settings before you order. Or avoid and go straight to UberEats - which are professionals. Sad to see humbug applications like Rappi.

The delivery did not include the juice nor the chicken that I ordered. Also the delivery used a bicycle and the delivery took 84 minutes! The delivery guy made a great job but you cannot send a guy on a bike for delivery 8km. I dont know how I can know to chose mode of transport (car, bike, etc) because i dont read Spanish well. A bad experience
