La peor experiencia que he tenido con una app.
Rappi se siente como una estafa. Los repartidores muchas veces no entregan los pedidos, las suscripciones son extremadamente difíciles de cancelar, la experiencia dentro de la app es confusa y el soporte al cliente es increíblemente incompetente. No es solo una mala experiencia: parece un sistema diseñado para que el usuario se canse y abandone el reclamo. Sin responsabilidad, sin soluciones claras y sin soporte real. Probablemente la peor experiencia que he tenido con una app.

Me vole ou ne marche pas
Je n’ai fais que 4 commandes sur l’appli. Pour ma première commande, il manquait la moitié des articles, et le service client n’a jamais voulu me rembourser. Et pour ma quatrième et dernière commande cela fait deux heures que j’attends ma pizza et je ne peux pas annuler la commande.

Poor service and help
I ordered 8 times from Rappi. 3 out of the 8, there was an issue: missing items, wrong items or 1 hour late cold pizza. They did not refund the missing item (only 14R$). It is impossible to reach to support, or to answer them. The chats are closed automatically. I would not recommend, there are other alternatives in Brazil with better service.

Thief application
I was using this application in Rio the Janeiro. I paid I waiting, 2 hours and I never receive my order. The worst thing it’s to you say to the order was delivering and you don’t refund me. I lose more than 30 euros. And that’s not only me my friends too paid for nothing . I paid on this application so you are responsible too for that. I do a reclamation and I was contact the police cause you are thief. The help service is here for nothing. You can do nothing and you can’t talk with someone to explain the situation.

Run away from this app
The restaurant was closed but they took my order. I never received it. It is impossible to have a real human through customer service. Even the driver tried to call them. I never got refunded. If you order here, cross your fingers to receive it. As it is a 50/50 chance and their service will not help you. Oh and the app is completely broken. You cannot contact customer service if the order is not considered as delivered. How nice
