I ordered 8 times from Rappi. 3 out of the 8, there was an issue: missing items, wrong items or 1 hour late cold pizza. They did not refund the missing item (only 14R$). It is impossible to reach to support, or to answer them. The chats are closed automatically. I would not recommend, there are other alternatives in Brazil with better service.
