Отвратительное приложение, клиентская поддержка просто на нуле, работу с отзывами и жалобами отсутствует, постоянная отмена заказов, низкий уровень работы сборщиков и доставки, постоянно забывают доставить собранные и оплаченные позиции ити доставляют не то, что нужно, возвращают деньги со скрипом и скандалами. Это просто худший сервис среди всех приложений доставки в Евразии/Америке. Сервиса нет.

The worst delivery service
All the week of service usage I’ve been told different reasons why my order is immediately cancelled: either card is not verified, either I need to make an order from different store, either my account has an irregular activity, either I’ve made too many orders and my account is blocked for 24h. Просто УЖАСНЫЙ сервис. Постоянно путают заказы!! Рестораны!!! само приложение по настроению то разрешает оплатить наличными, то запрещает. Если нужно заменить товары, которых не было (вам отправляют их на согласование), то 2 варианта: либо все хорошо, вы норм заменили, ЛИБО вы заменяете заказ (согласно предоставляемым опциям), а ваш заказ отменяется!! Ну просто вы якобы меняли заказ после создания, а на самом деле вы просто нажали галочку в чекбоксе)))) и вам опять ждать два часа до след заказа! Кстати, УВАЖАЕМЫЕ ГОСПОДА РАЗРАБЫ, вопрос: ЗАЧЕМ у вас вообще есть опция «добавить в заказ» что-то

If you want to gift them money and get 0 customer support-it’s an app for you. Worst customer support ever, I didn’t get my order, was trying to get money back (17$ btw) and they just told me after a WEEEK of texting that I should go and figure it out with the shop I ordered from. Wtf???never will use it again and recommend this to anyone, it’s a fraud, shame on you!

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer support of this app. They are absolutely useless in resolving issues and seem incapable of simple calculations. I spent half a day trying to sort out my problem, and it turned into a complete disaster. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve their support services.

Inconsistent payment system
There is an option to pay for orders using Apple Pay and that’s great! But if you have a debt because of changing products in an order due to lack of them in a store, you won’t be able to pay this debt via Apple Pay. You are required to add a card to pay this debt. I don’t trust you guys enough to add a debit card, so I have no options to pay the debt, I see your attempts to charge it, but they are blocked by Apple Pay automatically, and I can do nothing about that! So it’s just some sort of noise and nothing more. Please fix this!

Almost impossible to use in Argentina
I always try to pick a “cash” option in Argentina, but most of the time app doesn’t let me, which is already frustrating, but when I try using cash again it just stops my session, and I can’t do anything in this app. Also it crashes frequently. Tried out ordering food from supermarket recently, and the app kept cancelling my order without any reason, support just ignored my complaints
