The restaurant was closed but they took my order. I never received it. It is impossible to have a real human through customer service. Even the driver tried to call them. I never got refunded. If you order here, cross your fingers to receive it. As it is a 50/50 chance and their service will not help you. Oh and the app is completely broken. You cannot contact customer service if the order is not considered as delivered. How nice
