Rappi is the worst thing that has happened to Colombia… due to all the exclusivity contracts, I have to get a bad service every time because there is basically no competition and no motivation to get better… Just now my Rappi arrived with my food after 2h waiting and decided to eat the order himself and cancel instead of delivering the order… In the middle of this, I am back to work without eating anything. Worst service ever
