Ordered through this app. Had some messages through the app from the store, but was unable to open them because there was no such possibility in the app. Customer support said there was no messages, closes tickets immediately. After 2h I still couldn’t cancel my order, as it was “already in progress”. After 2h order was marked as delivered, while delivery never happened. When pressing “order was never delivered” - all it suggests is to call the store, no contacts through the app.
