No Support RAPPI

The app asked me to verify my credit card. But when I try to order it keeps asking for my CVV. I type it in but it doesn’t work. The payment is cancelled and when I try again, it keeps asking for my CVV. After this happened a couple of times, my account got flagged? I can’t make any food orders. I try to look for support everywhere but I get no reply. I tried WhatsApp and X (twitter). In the app I can only find other support that isn’t related to this problem. I added the feedback.
