We had a terrible experience using Rappi in Fortaleza. We ordered from Brocado Pizza, but the restaurant apparently doesn’t even work with Rappi — we found this out only after waiting nearly two hours and calling them ourselves. Rappi sent four different drivers with no resolution, and there was no real customer service to help us. Everything felt fully automated, with no way to actually explain the problem. Very disappointing and unreliable.
